It is our aim to perfectly match the requirement of our customers with an itinerary to surpass expectation and we offer a wide range of experiences and activities with this very much in mind.
However, we also recognise that our customers will have their own thoughts on their perfect holiday and we would be happy to provide a bespoke itinerary using our wide network of partner companies throughout Scandinavia. But this takes time and to be able to provide this service, we will require a non-refundable deposit of £25 which will be deducted from your holiday deposit once you are happy with your personalised itinerary and you wish to proceed with the booking.
To make a tailor-made request, please provide us with as much detail as possible, including;
- Preferred dates of travel
- Departure airport or port
- Numbers travelling, including ages of any children
- Type and standard of accommodation required
- Size of vehicle for car rental
- An idea of your budget
Please include your telephone number as it is always better to discuss your requirements in person for you to fully benefit from the experience of our staff.
Basic amendments to our existing itineraries will not require a tailor-made deposit.
