TV chef Valentine Warner is heading north to bring traditional Scandinavian food to the masses.
In a new 10 part TV series on The Good Food Channel, Warner will travel through Scandinavia, cooking delicious dishes with local produce and exploring the rise in popularity of Scandinavian cuisine.
The show starts on Monday 16th September and, in the first episode, Warner will be in Norway, cooking haddock in the icy fjords and preparing venison with truffle oil. Find out how he gets on and discover some delicious Scandinavian recipes for yourself when you tune in at 8pm.
