71 Degrees North, Top of the World!

From our recent trip to North Norway, where we visited, amongst other sights, Nordkapp, or the North Cape, Europe's most Northerly point, on the continental landmass. Next stop the North Pole! This is a great sight to see in North Norway and you some fantastic views and a real sense of achievement. In the winter months, you also experience the magnificent, "blue light", where the sun doesn't break the horizon and the sky is bathed in shades of pastel blue and pink. One of the best ways to visit Nordkapp is as part of one of our Norwegian Coastal Voyages
