So, if you were to put together a dream holiday package for your little ones, what would it include? Well, for starters, there would have to be snow. Christmas can’t really be Christmas without a touch of the white stuff. Then there’s the matter of the man in red, he’s surely got to put in an appearance along the way. There’s the tree collecting and decorating, of course, and what else would they love? Animals, perhaps? Huge, white Polar Bears? Fluffy Arctic Foxes? Rudolph and his friends? Our Family Christmas Break at Ranua offers all of this and so much more.

In just eight days we turn ‘just another Christmas’ into a family memory you will treasure forever. Yes, they’ll meet Santa, yes, they’ll play in the snow and of course, they’ll collect and decorate a Christmas tree as well as having access to all of the simply amazing creatures in the Ranua Wildlife Park. On top of this, you’ll take them snowmobiling, dog sledding and even on a reindeer sleigh ride – the excitement is almost too much to bear!

Based in fabulously comfortable apartments within the wildlife park complex, you’ll travel out for your Family Christmas Break at Ranua on the 23rd December and return home on the 30th. Between those dates we promise to make your Christmas sing! Imagine snowmobiling out into the forest to help choose a tree for the resort and then bringing it back and getting down to some serious decorating. Imagine sharing a fabulous festive dinner together – no cooking for mum here – only to be confronted with a rather special visitor during the meal. Picture the look on the faces the little ones when they see the man in red, speak to him, reach out to him and hear all about his festive secrets. If dreams can come true, this one just did!
